Having spent 25 years in Factory Management in the Walsall area I decided it was time for a career change and start my own driving school.

During my years as a Manager I had to deal with people on a daily basis, either training, recruiting or disciplining. I believe I have excellent people and communication skills  which are key elements required for successful Driving Instructors. Driving Instructors also have to be calm and reassuring under pressure, elements I believe I also possess.
